Put the SEXY back in your life and brand!

Ever have one of those chance encounters where someone you meet makes a significant shift in your outlook on life and there was no plan to do so? (I know the Universe plays a part in this)

Well, last week at a networking event, I ran into a dynamic gal who I have not seen in a while and never had the chance to really get to know her. This time - it was life changing.

As I caught up with the beautiful Susie Augustine, author and speaker of “SEXY, FIT & FAB at ANY age,” after the scheduled speakers gave their terrific presentations, I realized there was one major element missing not only in my life but in my branding.

The SEX APPEAL factor.

I don't think I am alone in this. I think many of us women left the sex appeal factor on the kitchen counter and forgot about it due to our over scheduled, demanding lives!

I totally enjoyed my connection with Susie and she gifted me with her book that night. As a result of our interaction, I had this intuitive nudge that felt like a JOLT of energy calling my attention. I felt inspired and excited. I began to pay attention to this “expansive” energy as I zoomed home to start reading her book. I fell asleep with thoughts of getting my “sexy back!” Days later after I devoured the book, I realized this one element that just re- ignited my spunk, my inner core, and my zest was the missing piece in my life and my personal brand.

How about you? Sit for a moment and think about the last time you acknowledged your “sex appeal.” It usually comes in form of confidence, spunk, courage, boldness, health, vitality, sassiness and more. It’s not that you are lacking these qualities; it’s that you have not embraced or nourished them. Ladies, we can have that swagger when we walk in high heels when we have the intention to be “sexy.” We can have that vitality when we eat correctly, exercise often, and make wellness a major priority in our lives. Our sex appeal comes from the inside out when we connect to our spirit and soul. It’s our powerful feminine energy that changes lives.

Thanks to Susie’s inspiration, I'm sharing 5 tips to getting your “sexy back” in your life and brand below and my new video (below). You have the capability of exuding a confidence and natural sex appeal (we all have it!) any time any day with a little effort and focus.

1. Revisit your dreams of living a classy, first-class, sexy life often. It’s your birthright. Feel it AS IF.

2. Get back into the gym or outdoors. Commit to exercise at least 3 x a week to reconnect to your body, mind & soul. This builds enormous confidence.

3. Sign up for pole dancing, ballroom dancing, country dancing, any style of dancing that will re-ignite that beautiful feminine energy in your body, cells, and molecules!

4. Review your bio on your website. Does it feel sexy or plain vanilla? Does it tell a compelling, vulnerable story of challenge to victory and the lives you inspired? Is it fun & inspiring? Does it include accolades and successes? Boast your brilliance! (With no apologies)

5. Tell the truth to yourself about your true beauty, strengths, vulnerability, abilities to make abundant money, compassion, and talents. Wear them all like a proud diamond ring no matter what others say. Stand in your power! Feed your spirit and soul.
